Heewon is a Translational Scientist at Epitopea, focussing on immunogenicity screening to identify and validate tumour-specific antigens that drive effective immune responses in cancer.

Prior to joining Epitopea, she worked at Achilles Therapeutics as a Research Associate I and II, where she contributed to the development and characterisation of personalised T cell-based therapies targeting clonal neoantigens. She has hands-on experience with T cell expansion, ELISpot assays and flow cytometry.

Heewon holds an MSc in Respiratory Clinical Science from University College London (UCL) and a BSc in Biology from the University of Nottingham.
