Job Title: Immunogenicity testing platform technician – Epitopea Inc

Full Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Immunogenicity testing platform technician to join our dynamic research team. This role will focus on the execution of immunogenicity assays in support of CryptigenTM evaluation and development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with T cell expansion, ELISpot assays, and tetramer staining, and be comfortable performing repetitive but critical lab work with high consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Isolate and expand T cells from leukopaks for downstream analysis.
  • Perform ELISpot assays to evaluate cellular immune responses.
  • Conduct tetramer staining and flow cytometry to assess antigen-specific T cells.
  • Follow established SOPs and ensure assay reproducibility and data integrity.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with scientists and other team members to meet project timelines.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure lab supplies are stocked.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. or A.S. degree in immunology, cell biology, or a related field; or equivalent hands-on lab experience.
  • 1+ years of lab experience with primary human cell culture strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in ELISpot and flow cytometry, especially tetramer staining, is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with human blood-derived samples (e.g., leukopaks).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols precisely.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to perform routine tasks with consistency.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a regulated environment (GxP, CLIA, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data analysis software for flow cytometry or ELISpot.
