Constanze is a CMC expert with experience in product development and lifecycle management across multiple modalities, including antibodies, cell therapies, and most recently mRNA vaccines.

Connie joined Epitopea from BioNTech, where she was the CMC lead for the FixVac off-the-shelf cancer vaccine platform covering CMC activities related to pre-clinical to late-stage clinical trials. Whilst at BioNTech Connie has also supported the MAA submission for the Comirnaty (Covid-19) vaccine.

Recently, Connie completed the CTO program at Judge Business School, Cambridge University to delve further into business strategy and organization.
